Fondre votre beurre au micro-onde, laisser le ti\u00e9dir. M\u00e9langer les deux et faire une fine couche sur une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9e. Tasser votre biscuit et faire cuire 10 minutes \u00e0 four chaud 180\u00b0. L&#8217;incorporer au fromage d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une Maryse.
