Un g\u00e2teau typiquement ardennais.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h1>Recette de mon G\u00e2teau Mollet<\/h1>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1107\" src=\"http:\/\/saveursdesandrine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/G\u00e2teau_Mollet.jpg\" alt=\"G\u00e2teau Mollet\" width=\"4608\" height=\"2592\" srcset=\"https:\/\/saveursdesandrine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/G\u00e2teau_Mollet.jpg 4608w, https:\/\/saveursdesandrine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/G\u00e2teau_Mollet-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/saveursdesandrine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/G\u00e2teau_Mollet-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/saveursdesandrine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/G\u00e2teau_Mollet-1024x576.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 4608px) 100vw, 4608px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g de farine<\/li>\n<li>150 g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>3 \u0153ufs entiers<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sucre<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 paquet de levure de boulanger<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tasse de lait<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration du g\u00e2teau mollet:<\/h3>\n<p>M\u00e9langer la farine, le sel, le sucre.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9layer la levure dans le lait ti\u00e8de.<\/p>\n<p>Fouetter les \u0153ufs les m\u00e9langer \u00e0 la poudre puis ajouter la levure d\u00e9lay\u00e9e, m\u00e9langer de nouveau et ajouter le beurre fondu petit \u00e0 petit\u00a0 tout en m\u00e9langeant.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9poser la p\u00e2te dans un moule \u00e0 Kouglof. (Le mien est en silicone pas besoin de le beurrer).<\/p>\n<p>Laisser lever la p\u00e2te 1 heure.
