Le sien \u00e9tait \u00e0 la mangue je me suis tellement r\u00e9gal\u00e9e que je voulais vous partager sa recette en version fruits rouges histoire d&#8217;y mettre une petite touche personnelle.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h1>Recette Cheesecake aux fruits rouges:<\/h1>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1175\" src=\"http:\/\/saveursdesandrine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Cheesecake_fruits_rouges1.jpg\" alt=\"Cheesecake fruits rouges\" width=\"5568\" height=\"3712\" srcset=\"https:\/\/saveursdesandrine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Cheesecake_fruits_rouges1.jpg 5568w, https:\/\/saveursdesandrine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Cheesecake_fruits_rouges1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/saveursdesandrine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Cheesecake_fruits_rouges1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/saveursdesandrine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Cheesecake_fruits_rouges1-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/saveursdesandrine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Cheesecake_fruits_rouges1-750x500.jpg 750w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 5568px) 100vw, 5568px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients pour 8 personnes:<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Fond du g\u00e2teau:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g de biscuits Th\u00e9 (petits bruns)<\/li>\n<li>125 g de beurre fondu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Garniture:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g de fromage blanc faisselle<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de farine<\/li>\n<li>150 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>3 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>250 ml de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n<li>2 citrons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>D\u00e9coration:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g de fraises<\/li>\n<li>2 petites barquettes de framboises<\/li>\n<li>Coulis de fruits rouges ( pour verser sur la part coup\u00e9e)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/h4>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>Tapisser de papier sulfuris\u00e9, beurrer votre moule de 23 cm de diam\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9mietter vos biscuits et\u00a0 les m\u00e9langer\u00a0 au beurre fondu. Tapisser le fond du moule de cette pr\u00e9paration en tassant avec le dos de la cuill\u00e8re. R\u00e9server au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n<p>Battre la faisselle au fouet jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce quelle soit lisse, puis ajouter le sucre et la farine, puis les \u0153ufs un par un.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter ensuite la cr\u00e8me et le jus press\u00e9 d&#8217;un citron et demi.<\/p>\n<p>Verser la pr\u00e9paration\u00a0 sur le fond du g\u00e2teau.<\/p>\n<p>Enfourner \u00e0 four chaud 50-55 minutes jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il soit ferme au toucher.
