ramequins:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g de sucre fin<\/li>\n<li>50 de ma\u00efzena<\/li>\n<li>6 jaunes d&#8217;oeufs<\/li>\n<li>800 ml de lait<\/li>\n<li>200 ml de cr\u00e8me liquide enti\u00e8re<\/li>\n<li>1 b\u00e2ton de cannelle ou en poudre<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 jus de citron vert + zestes<\/li>\n<li>sucre cassonade<\/li>\n<li>vanille en gousse ou liquide<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/h3>\n<p>Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition le lait et la cr\u00e8me liquide enti\u00e8re avec la cannelle, la vanille,le jus et zeste de citron vert.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un saladier blanchir les jaunes d&#8217;oeufs et le sucre.<\/p>\n<p>Puis ajouter la ma\u00efzena et bien fouetter.<\/p>\n<p>Verser le lait chaud \u00e0 travers un chinois et bien m\u00e9langer la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p>Verser la pr\u00e9paration dans une casserole et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition sans arr\u00eater de remuer.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser \u00e9paissir la pr\u00e9paration et cuire deux minutes \u00e0 compter de l\u2019\u00e9bullition.<\/p>\n<p>Verser la cr\u00e8me dans vos ramequins. laisser refroidir<\/p>\n<p>Avant de servir verser la cassonade sur la
