Puis incorporer la farine sans trop insister, et ajouter le lait bouilli tout en fouettant. Reverser le tout dans la casserole et remettre sur le feu. Remuer sans arr\u00eat avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois tout en laissant bouillir doucement pendant 1 minute 30 environ. Quand ils commencent \u00e0 s&#8217;affermir, ajouter le sucre en plusieurs fois.
