La texture est tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8re parfait pour terminer un repas.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h1>Recette \u00e9clairs entremets citron fraises des bois<\/h1>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2121\" src=\"http:\/\/saveursdesandrine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/IMG_20200524_200815_264.jpg\" alt=\"\u00e9clairs entremets citron fraises des bois\" width=\"2592\" height=\"2592\" srcset=\"https:\/\/saveursdesandrine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/IMG_20200524_200815_264.jpg 2592w, https:\/\/saveursdesandrine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/IMG_20200524_200815_264-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/saveursdesandrine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/IMG_20200524_200815_264-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/saveursdesandrine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/IMG_20200524_200815_264-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/saveursdesandrine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/IMG_20200524_200815_264-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/saveursdesandrine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/IMG_20200524_200815_264-250x250.jpg 250w, https:\/\/saveursdesandrine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/IMG_20200524_200815_264-174x174.jpg 174w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 2592px) 100vw, 2592px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pour 10 \u00e9clairs<\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients mousse citron:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3 citrons jaunes<\/li>\n<li>150 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>70 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide enti\u00e8re (30%)<\/li>\n<li>1 oeuf + 2 jaunes d\u2019\u0153uf<\/li>\n<li>4 feuilles de g\u00e9latine<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de ma\u00efzena<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>1 bol de fraises de bois (pour fourrer la mousse)<\/li>\n<li>1 bo\u00eete de meringues\u00a0Fossier framboises<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration de la mousse:<\/h3>\n<p>Tremper vos feuilles de g\u00e9latine dans un grand bol d&#8217;eau froide.<\/p>\n<p>Chauffer dans une casserole tout en remuant au fouet :le jus de citron, le sucre et la ma\u00efzena pendant 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol fouetter les deux jaunes d\u2019\u0153uf et l\u2019\u0153uf entier puis les verser dans la casserole avec le citron.<\/p>\n<p>Bien m\u00e9langer et remettre sur le feu tout en fouettant de nouveau pendant 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Hors du feu ajouter la g\u00e9latine essorer et bien m\u00e9langer entre chaque feuille. R\u00e9server .<\/p>\n<p>Monter la cr\u00e8me liquide enti\u00e8re en chantilly avec votre robot.
