En fin de cuisson saupoudrer de cannelle.<\/p>\n<p>Chauffer le sucre en caramel et ajouter hors du feu la cr\u00e8me liquide que vous aurez chauffer 30 secondes au micro-onde. Verser les pommes cuites dans le caramel. M\u00e9langer le tout et verser dans les moules \u00e0 \u00e9clairs. Tasser avec de dos d&#8217;une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>La base biscuit sp\u00e9culoos:<\/h3>\n<p>Piler les sp\u00e9culoos et les m\u00e9langer au beurre fondu.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9poser la pr\u00e9paration sur la couche de pommes. D\u00e9mouler le lendemain matin.<\/p>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration chantilly cannelle:<\/h3>\n<p>Mettre la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche enti\u00e8re, le fouet et le bol de votre robot au cong\u00e9lateur\u00a0 pendant 15 minutes pour faciliter le montage de votre cr\u00e8me chantilly.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite verser la cr\u00e8me chantilly et la mascarpone dans le bol de votre robot et monter votre chantilly.<\/p>\n<p>Quand celle-ci devient ferme verser le sucre glace et la cannelle.
