L&#8217;eau + les \u0153ufs= 500gr.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le bol de votre robot m\u00e9langer \u00e0 l&#8217;aide du crochet: la farine, le sucre, la pr\u00e9paration \u0153ufs\/eau ti\u00e8de, le beurre fondu, le sel et la levure de boulanger d\u00e9lay\u00e9 dans un peu de lait ti\u00e8de.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de votre robot, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te se d\u00e9colle du bord du bol.<\/p>\n<p>Fa\u00e7onner vos petits pains Bretzels \u00e0 la forme que vous souhaitez. (attention ne pas les faire trop gros car ils vont gonfler).<\/p>\n<p>Les d\u00e9poser sur une plaque couverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9.
