Puis r\u00e9server la boule de p\u00e2te au frais 10-15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Cuire \u00e0 l&#8217;eau la pomme de terre.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps \u00e9plucher les champignons de Paris et les couper en 4. Les cuire dans une po\u00eale avec un peu d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. Puis r\u00e9server dans un ramequin.<\/p>\n<p>Dorer les lardons dans une po\u00eale sans graisse. Puis r\u00e9server dans un ramequin.<\/p>\n<p>Garder la po\u00eale des lardons et dorer l&#8217;oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9 ainsi que la pomme de terre coup\u00e9e en rondelles. Ajouter une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de cr\u00e8me fraiche en fin de cuisson.
