M\u00e9langer le tout.<\/p>\n<p>Puis ajouter le beurre coup\u00e9 en petits morceaux. Bien remuer le tout au fouet.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9partir l\u2019insert mangue-passion dans 8 petits moules \u00e0 muffins. (Taille 2.5 cm). Verser l\u2019autre moiti\u00e9 de cr\u00e8me coco tout en remuant. Laisser refroidir tranquillement sur le plan de travail tout en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n<p>Dans votre robot monter la cr\u00e8me liquide enti\u00e8re bien froide en chantilly. (Je mets mon fouet au cong\u00e9lateur et ma cr\u00e8me 15 minutes avant le montage).<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer les deux pr\u00e9parations d\u00e9licatement avec la noix de coco rap\u00e9.
