personnes\u00a0:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>450 g de quasi de veau<\/li>\n<li>240 g tomates pel\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>1 citron vert press\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 petite aubergine<\/li>\n<li>1 petite courgette<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de poudre de colombo<\/li>\n<li>Sel et poivre du moulin<\/li>\n<li>1 petit oignon<\/li>\n<li>2 gousses d\u2019ail<\/li>\n<li>Persil plat frais ou surgel\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n<li>25 cl d&#8217;eau<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0:<\/h3>\n<p>Dans un saladier verser 3 cuill\u00e8res d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, le colombo, le sel, le poivre, le jus de citron et le zeste.<\/p>\n<p>Emincer l&#8217;oignon et ails, les verser dans la marinade.<\/p>\n<p>Y ajouter les morceaux de veau et bien m\u00e9langer le tout pour que la viande absorbe toute la marinade.<\/p>\n<p>Couper l\u2019aubergine et la courgette en petit morceaux.<\/p>\n<p>Verser la viande marin\u00e9e dans une sauteuse et dorer la viande pendant 5 avec le jus et les 25 cl d\u2019eau dans la cocotte, cuire \u00e0 feu doux pendant une heure (Ne pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 ajouter un peu d\u2019eau si vous voyez que votre bouillon diminue ajuster l&#8217;assaisonnement sel poivre.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez vous servir d&#8217;un COOKEO\u00a0 en mode dorer puis 30 minutes en cuisson rapide. Vous gagnerez du temps.<\/p>\n<p>Saupoudrer de persil plat votre mijot\u00e9 de veau colombo.<\/p>\n<p>Je sers le tout avec une portion de polenta.
