Couper un cercle et une bande de 3 cm faisant le tour du moule 17 cm de diam\u00e8tre. Graisser le moule. Puis retirer les billes\u00a0de porcelaine et les haricots\u00a0 et cuire de nouveau 5 minutes. Laisser refroidir le fond de tarte et d\u00e9mouler.<\/p>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration de la cr\u00e8me d\u2019amandes<\/h3>\n<p>M\u00e9langer les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs et le sirop d\u2019agave dans une casserole.<\/p>\n<p>Verser la boisson d\u2019avoine et la poudre d\u2019amandes fouetter le tout.<\/p>\n<p>Chauffer \u00e0 feu moyen tout en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la cr\u00e8me \u00e9paississe.\u00a0 Hors du feu ajouter le beurre coup\u00e9 en petits morceaux.
