J&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 de la farine d&#8217;orge mond\u00e9e (IG \u00e0 30), de la farine petit \u00e9peautre (IG 40) et du sucre fleur de coco (IG entre 35 et 55) . Puis ajouter un oeuf et m\u00e9langer de nouveau.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un autre saladier verser la pinc\u00e9e de fleur de sel, la farine, la levure chimique. Remuer le tout.<\/p>\n<p>Incorporer les poudres en plusieurs fois dans votre pr\u00e9paration beurre sucre oeuf. Battre un peu puis ajouter la moiti\u00e9 des p\u00e9pites de chocolat noir et battre de nouveau jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;obtention d&#8217;une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>Avec vos mains former des boules de 3 cm environ et les d\u00e9poser sur une plaque recouvert de papier sulfuriser. Puis les sortir du four.
