Ganache chocolat blanc ros\u00e9e:<\/h4>\n<p>Tremper la feuille de g\u00e9latine dans un grand bol d&#8217;eau froide.<\/p>\n<p>Chauffer la cr\u00e8me liquide enti\u00e8re puis incorporer le chocolat blanc.<\/p>\n<p>Hors du feu, remuer vivement jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le chocolat soit fondu, ajouter la pointe de colorant et m\u00e9langer de nouveau pour avoir une jolie couleur.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter la g\u00e9latine essor\u00e9e et m\u00e9langer le tout.<\/p>\n<p>Verser dans les empreintes et laisser prendre au cong\u00e9lateur plusieurs heures.<\/p>\n<h4>5. Montage de l&#8217;\u00e9clair:<\/h4>\n<p>D\u00e9mouler la mousse de nougat. La vaporiser d&#8217;un spray velours blanc et la d\u00e9poser sur votre plat. (Facultatif, le rendu est bien sans effet velours aussi).<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9poser votre ganache chocolat blanc ros\u00e9e sur le dessus.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la d\u00e9coration j&#8217;ai d\u00e9pos\u00e9 des petits morceaux d&#8217;insert framboises que j&#8217;ai d\u00e9coup\u00e9 sur la ganache rose ainsi qu&#8217;une amande et une fleur de sucre.<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;ai servi l&#8217;\u00e9clair avec une cuill\u00e8re de compote framboises morceaux fondant de chez Andros. Le m\u00e9lange en bouche est parfait.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3554\"
