Rouler la p\u00e2te le plus serr\u00e9 possible de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 jusqu&#8217;au centre.<\/p>\n<p>Le secret pour une d\u00e9coupe r\u00e9guli\u00e8re est de r\u00e9server\u00a0 votre p\u00e2te roul\u00e9e au cong\u00e9lateur 30 minutes afin de la solidifier pour avoir une d\u00e9coupe r\u00e9guli\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Badigeonner l&#8217;ensemble de la p\u00e2te de jaune d&#8217;oeuf et saupoudrer de graines de s\u00e9sames.<\/p>\n<p>Puis couper des tranches fines de 0.5 cm avec une lame sans dent.
