C\u2019est le moment pour moi gourmande et gourmet d\u2019aller cueillir les fraises des bois dans mon jardin. \u00a0Je vous proposerai plusieurs desserts tr\u00e8s prochainement \u00e0 base de fraises. Aujourd\u2019hui je vous pr\u00e9sente cette jolie tarte. Cuire \u00e0 feu doux et mixer le tout.<\/p>\n<p>Tamiser les fraises afin d\u2019enlever les graines. Ajouter la feuille de g\u00e9latine dans le coulis encore chaud. Bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p>Verser le coulis dans une tourti\u00e8re ou cercle\u00a0 de 22 cm\u00a0 recouvert de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et r\u00e9server une journ\u00e9e au cong\u00e9lateur.<\/p>\n<h2>Panna cotta citron<\/h2>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients Panna cotta citron\u00a0:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 citron jaune bio<\/li>\n<li>25 cl de cr\u00e8me fraiche liquide enti\u00e8re<\/li>\n<li>30 g de sucre fin<\/li>\n<li>2 feuilles de g\u00e9latine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Pr\u00e9paration panna cota\u00a0:<\/h4>\n<p>Tremper les feuilles de g\u00e9latine dans un bol d\u2019eau froide.<\/p>\n<p>Laver le citron, pr\u00e9lever les zestes puis presser le jus.<\/p>\n<p>Verser le tout dans une casserole\u00a0: cr\u00e8me liquide, jus de citron, zeste et sucre. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/p>\n<p>Hors du feu ajouter les feuilles de g\u00e9latine essor\u00e9es et bien remuer.<\/p>\n<p>Verser la panna cotta dans un cercle de 22 cm recouvert d\u2019une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et r\u00e9server une journ\u00e9e au cong\u00e9lateur.<\/p>\n<h2>P\u00e2te Sabl\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients P\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e\u00a0:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>170 de farine<\/li>\n<li>70 g de poudre d\u2019amande<\/li>\n<li>1 \u0153uf<\/li>\n<li>100 g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>60 de sucre glace<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0la p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e:<\/h4>\n<p>Dans un robot m\u00e9langer le beurre mou coup\u00e9 en petits cubes et le sucre glace.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter l\u2019\u0153uf puis la farine et la poudre d\u2019amande. Ne pas trop travailler la p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n<p>Former une boule et r\u00e9server 20 minutes au frais.<\/p>\n<p>Etaler la p\u00e2te sur une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9e et la d\u00e9poser dans votre cercle (23 cm) graiss\u00e9. R\u00e9server le tout au cong\u00e9lateur 5 minutes. D\u00e9poser une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9e sur la p\u00e2te et verser les billes de c\u00e9ramique.<\/p>\n<p>Enfourner \u00e0 four chaud 180\u00b0 pendant 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<h2>Montage de la tarte panna cota<\/h2>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients montage et finition\u00a0:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>350 g de fraises des bois<\/li>\n<li>400 g de fraises<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Montage de la tarte:<\/h4>\n<p>Prendre le fond de tarte et d\u00e9poser les fraises des bois.
