J&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 des crackers pour la base biscuit, du fromage frais, du SKYR, un peu d&#8217;aneth, quelques baies rouges et du citron pour parfumer le tout. Bien tasser et r\u00e9server au cong\u00e9lateur le temps de pr\u00e9parer le cheesecake.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer le fromage frais, le fromage SKYR, demi citron press\u00e9, le sel et poivre. Ajouter l\u2019aneth, les baies rouges ainsi qu\u2019une tranche de saumon fum\u00e9e coup\u00e9e en petits morceaux.
