Quand \u00e7a commence \u00e0 mousser int\u00e9grer le sel puis les sucres en 3 fois avec les zestes de citron et le jus. Vous devez obtenir une belle meringue bien lisse.<\/p>\n<p>Remplir votre poche \u00e0 douille de meringue avec une douille lisse. Une la meringue pos\u00e9e enfourn\u00e9e \u00e0 four chaud\u00a0 et baisser \u00e0 120\u00b0 pendant 1 heure. (Ne pas ouvrir le four pendant cette heure).<\/p>\n<p>Monter la cr\u00e8me liquide bien froide avec la mascarpone et le sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9 en chantilly. Je sucre tr\u00e8s peu car la meringue apporte d\u00e9j\u00e0 beaucoup. Une fois la chantilly mont\u00e9e la verser dans une poche avec une douille crant\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9poser la chantilly au centre de vos c\u0153urs.
