Pour ce grand jour, ce g\u00e2teau chiffre est parfait. Il est compos\u00e9 d&#8217;une g\u00e9noise chocolat, garni d&#8217;un cr\u00e9meux chocolat noir, d&#8217;une ganache chocolat au lait ainsi qu&#8217;une chantilly vanill\u00e9e. Ajouter petit \u00e0 petit le sucre et la pinc\u00e9e de sel. Fouetter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la pr\u00e9paration double de volume. Puis verser le chocolat en morceaux. Bien m\u00e9langer et verser dans un bol et filmer au contact de la pr\u00e9paration. Laisser prendre le froid au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur (une nuit c\u2019est id\u00e9al).<\/p>\n<p>Verser le cr\u00e8meux dans une poche avec une douille lisse.<\/p>\n<h2>Ganache Chocolat au lait<\/h2>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients ganache chocolat au lait\u00a0:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>80 de chocolat au lait<\/li>\n<li>20 cl (200g) de cr\u00e8me liquide enti\u00e8re<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de mascarpone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Pr\u00e9paration ganache chocolat au lait\u00a0:<\/h4>\n<p>R\u00e2per le chocolat lait dans un saladier.<\/p>\n<p>Bouillir la moiti\u00e9 de la cr\u00e8me, la verser sur le chocolat au lait r\u00e2p\u00e9. Laisser fondre quelques instants et m\u00e9langer le tout.
