Dans cette grande\u00a0po\u00eale \u00e0 paella, faire chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et y faire revenir les morceaux de poulet et de lapin. Porter le tout \u00e0 \u00e9bullition puis laisser cuire le bouillon 30 minutes \u00e0 feu doux. Laisser cuire \u00e0 feu fort pendant 5\u00a0minutes,\u00a0 et terminer la cuisson \u00e0 feu doux pendant 20 minutes.
