Lui les fourraient de cerise-p\u00e2te d&#8217;amande, moi se sera poire-p\u00e2te d&#8217;amande n&#8217;ayant plus de cerises \u00e0 cette p\u00e9riode automnale.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h1>Madeleine Coquillage de Christophe Felder<\/h1>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-795\" src=\"http:\/\/saveursdesandrine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Madeleine_Coquillage.jpg\" alt=\"Madeleine Coquillage\" width=\"4608\" height=\"2592\" srcset=\"https:\/\/saveursdesandrine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Madeleine_Coquillage.jpg 4608w, https:\/\/saveursdesandrine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Madeleine_Coquillage-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/saveursdesandrine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Madeleine_Coquillage-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/saveursdesandrine.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Madeleine_Coquillage-1024x576.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 4608px) 100vw, 4608px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a02 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>120 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>Zeste de citron<\/li>\n<li>50 g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>25 g de lait<\/li>\n<li>5 g de jus de citron<\/li>\n<li>75 g d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive vierge<\/li>\n<li>125 g de farine<\/li>\n<li>4 g de levure chimique<\/li>\n<li>30 g de p\u00e2te d&#8217;amande<\/li>\n<li>Vanille liquide<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/h2>\n<p>Versez dans un saladier les \u0153ufs et le sucre, fouettez \u00e9nergiquement pendant 1 minute puis ajoutez le zeste de citron et la vanille.<\/p>\n<p>Faites fondre le beurre dans une casserole sur le feu et laissez-le refroidir. Versez-le dans le m\u00e9lange pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent et fouettez vigoureusement.
